FERENC TRASERKASSEL INNENSTADT |
Kassel's inner structure has dramatically been altered after its reconstruction. Besides the system of high houses in the downtown - as gates and peaks inside of the city - another interconnection of lanes and streets can be traced. In my project I planned to follow this pattern: from lanes to streets, from gateways to masses, and thus, to buildings. After establishing a structure of guidelines giving directions and certain dynamics, I formed two masses, giving one a more angular, to the other a rather bent shape. The study of the ?Innenstadt? was also based upon the computer generated modell of Kassel. GO TO OTHER PROJECTS |
