"tram cinema" is the idea which activate whole area at once. one building mentioned as a center of tram cinema, place of exhibition, lectures, library etc, is connected with simple net of rails, allowing to screen movies everywhere on surrounding area from movable tram. monolithic "tram cinema" building, detached from environment by white surface, has its facade inside the quarter. here the forgoten backyards of buldings, used up to this day as a parking plot, now as an open space becomes the scenery for cultural events, changing every ordinary structure into a valuable element.
